Excellent experience with Discount Tire from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They got me taken care of quickly without sacrificing quality and made sure everything was right before I left. What stood out most was the customer service. They weren’t just trying to rush me through or sell me something I didn’t need. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was comfortable with everything. Great service, fair pricing, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. This is exactly how a tire shop should operate. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire needs. Highly recommend Discount Tire!

Outstanding service from start to finish! I want to recognize Landon in Front Service and Brandon, Tire Technician, for providing an exceptional customer experience. Both were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything being done to my vehicle. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, clearly explained the condition of my tires, discussed my alignment issues, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Their honesty, communication, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in great hands. I’ve been a loyal Discount Tire customer for over 26 years, dating back to when I first started doing business with them in Jacksonville, Florida, around 2000. Over the years, they’ve consistently earned my trust through fair pricing, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service. If you’re looking for a tire shop that values its customers and stands behind its work, I highly recommend Discount Tire. Thank you, Landon and Brandon, for another great experience!

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for years. Today I went to the new location in Summerville on Main Street. I went to get a tire repaired and drove away without a bill to pay. First off, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and inviting. The show room/waiting area was comfortable and pristine. The mechanics were thorough and efficient. When I asked how much, they said ( with a smile) that simple repairs (like nails in tread) were complimentary. When I need tires again, I will not hesitate to go to this location. Thank you so much for how you service this community!

Stefan did an amazing job of getting me taken care of quickly and professionally. The maintenance crews we're communicative and open to listening. New store front so get in and take advantage of this gem before it gets popular. Highly recommended.

5 stars! Brought my 4Runner in for a tire rotation and balance, and the service was outstanding. The team was friendly, professional, and got everything taken care of quickly. They treated my vehicle with care, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. Great customer service from start to finish.
